There is no upload form on this website. You can add food, bowel movements, symptoms, medications, and lab results directly in the app.

Restoring an existing ZeroFlare diary?

Automatic iCloud restore is separate from importing a file. Use the same Apple Account as your previous installation, make sure iCloud is available, and open the app with an internet connection. A previously completed backup is required.

Have an older export?

Keep your original file in a safe place. Export files are not automatically imported through this website. Contact support to discuss the options for your file, without sending sensitive health data in your first message.
